NAPS2 - Privacy PolicyNAPS2 provides the ability to send emails with Gmail and Outlook. When you set up an email service provider, NAPS2 accesses the following data:
This data is stored only on your computer and is only transmitted to the corresponding service provider (Gmail/Outlook). At no time is this data accessible to the NAPS2 developer.
When you choose to send an email, the contents of the email are sent to the service provider along with your email address and the secure token.
No data is shared with any third party outside of what is described above.
NAPS2's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
